We thought the vanilla cakes with no icing were vegan until we realized that marshmallows don't qualify.The mini's are french vanilla with buttercream icing, the icing-less ones are gluten-free and the iced large cakes are chocolate fudge with chocolate buttercream icing. All are topped with marshmallow fondant leaves.
